I dont usually post reviews but i am not able to stop exploring this platform. As a person coming from technical background, cal team has done an amazing job. The user interface, the configuration everything is top notch. After exploring multiple schedular tools, came across cal and have not stopped showing this off since.

Definitely better than calendly ! This tool changed my way of taking meetings, as you can set so many things directly in the app.

Cal.com is a fantastic scheduling tool that truly simplifies managing appointments. It’s incredibly user-friendly, with lots of customization options that fit any workflow. Whether you're booking one-on-one meetings, group sessions, or events, Cal.com handles it all effortlessly. What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with other calendars and tools I use. Plus, it’s open-source, so there’s a real sense of transparency and community involvement in its development. The support team is also amazing—always quick to help and super knowledgeable. If you need a reliable, flexible scheduling solution, Cal.com is definitely worth checking out.

The tool is great but I don’t use because the auto generated emails has cal com branding. People who book a call with me don’t see my avatar in the email. It doesn’t make trust to my target audience.

Wish I could say 4.9 - Just want one feature added and it would be a 10/5 product. I am HUGE fan of Cal, I have my team on it, and promote it to anyone that has any other calendar product.

It's a great app for sure. Just wishing they'd add seat tracking. Customer support is a bit slow, the AI bot can be faster sometimes and is well designed, asking for clarification before answering.
