I'm struggling a bit with learning to navigate the system - because I'm not very good at this kind of thing. I've hired someone to take care of fully setting up my account. I gave it 4 stars because it seems like a great system and was recommended.

I love the flexibility, and the option for Cal video instead of using other video call services that require subscriptions. This definitely beats Calendly for the free version. My only concern is the billing and upgrade process. I skipped the free trial period so I could access the upgrade features but was not able to do so until my original trial end date had passed. Customer service is slow with poor communication clarity.

Hi Amanda, thank you for the kind words about the flexibility and Cal Video. We're glad it's working well for you. We're sorry the upgrade process felt unclear. The "Skip trial" option is available in the team billing section of your account, and it activates the paid features right away, so there's no need to wait for the original trial end date. We also looked back at your conversation with our support team. In our last message, we offered to skip the trial on our end for you, but we didn't hear back. That offer still stands, so just reply to that thread and we'll get it sorted right away. We appreciate the feedback on communication clarity and will use it to make this step easier to find.
