I don't like that there is no insider way for me to book appointments even when it is out of my scheduled time. I want to be able to connect my clients into the program and be able to make appointments as the business owner

They No Showed 4 Support Calls
I have scheduled 5 support calls in the last week and Milos has only showed up to one call. Almost all no shows!
We need help setting up the tracking connection between Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Cal.com.
When I first asked for help he just sent a few support articles. I followed them but it didn't work. So he suggested a call. He no showed the first two. The third one he joined with another teammate, who helped me walk through everything but we didn't finalize the connection.
We just need one more call to finish but the last 2 calls Milos didn't joined the call I booked on their calendar!
It's so rude and unprofessional. The total lack of communication and care was so bad. Why should I use their software if they won't help it work?

Reminders want you to time travel
Whoever designed and coded their notification logic needs a a refresher on how time works. Got a "reminder" about my upcoming appointment for June 2 on.....June 3. Epic fail.
Response from Cal.com, IncJun 4, 2026
Hi Zehra, thank you for sharing your feedback — we're sorry to hear the reminder notification caused confusion. You're right that receiving a reminder on June 3 for an appointment on June 2 is not the experience we want for our users. We've noted this and our team will look into the notification timing logic to ensure reminders go out well in advance, not after the fact. We've also reached out to you for more details so we can investigate further. We appreciate you taking the time to flag this — it genuinely helps us improve.

Gute Idee

Hi there
Sorry for the trouble. Who was the person you talked to? We would like to investigate this.

Disappointing invoicing and poor B2B support
We really wanted to like Cal.com, and from a product point of view it’s close. Unfortunately, the invoicing and billing side makes it unusable for a serious business.
Despite having correct company details attached to our account from day one, invoices keep getting issued to a private individual name.
Support acknowledged the issue, said it was fixed, but weeks later the same problem still happens.
Another issue is that invoices cannot be reissued. That’s simply not acceptable for a EU-based company that needs correct accounting documents.
On top of that, invoices are only accessible via email.
There is no invoice history inside the app. Emails sent by Cal often end up in spam, which makes bookkeeping unnecessarily painful. Competitors like Calendly handle this much better.
Support responses are slow, fixes don’t stick, and the overall feeling is that billing is treated like an afterthought. The product feels more like a prototype than a tool ready for real businesses.
We like the idea of Cal.com and would love to keep using it, but basic things like correct invoices and proper billing access are non-negotiable. Until this is fixed, we’re forced to look elsewhere.
2 stars because the core scheduling itself is solid.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, and sorry for the hassle. Getting invoices right is non negotiable.
A few points that might explain what happened:
Invoices are available in-app under Settings > Billing (not only via email), but only the team owner or org creator can access billing and invoice history.
By default, the invoice name is pulled from the first and last name of the team owner. It can be changed anytime in the billing details so future invoices use your company name and address.
About reissuing invoices: once an invoice is issued in Stripe, we cannot reissue or retroactively change the legal entity details on that same invoice. What we can do is make sure your billing details are correct going forward, and we are working on improving this gap.
I want to get this fixed for you properly. Please contact our support from the email tied to the Cal.com account and include your Trustpilot review link (or the ticket number if you have it). Do not post your email here publicly. Once we can identify the account, we will verify:
- whether you are the team/subscription owner
- Whether this is happening because you have multiple environments (cal.com vs eu, platform, etc. - invoices belong to the correct environment), or because there is often confusion with users with multiple accounts.
- why the billing details are not sticking in your case
If you reach out, we will follow through and make sure future invoices are correct. I apologize for the trouble once again.

Hi Olivia,
Thanks for sharing this. I’m Milos from the support team. You’re still using our product and we’ve been working together for a while, and I want to be honest about something. The communication gaps were on my side. With omni channel support some things can fall through the cracks, and I didn’t follow up the way I was supposed to.
We already talked about this privately, but I wanted to acknowledge it here too. You’re still our customer and we’re still helping, and I want to make sure the experience feels better moving forward.
I hope this two star review doesn’t define us, and we’ll keep doing our best to support you the right way.
All the best
