I like the overall concept! We're anxious to have the recurring working properly as we still have conflicts show on cal.com when there are no conflicts on the main calendar. I am frustrated with the lack of service this week in particular. The site was down for a bit today, no one is replying to my emails from last week asking for help and the site chat just cycles without populating.

I need to book two same time slots for two different events. When I book a slot for one event, it makes you busy for that same time across all my events. This is very important feature that our competitors provide. The cal personnel assured me that this feature will be updated soon. I am waiting for that feature to be incorporated to the software

I love that i've been able to integrate this calendar into my website with Stripe integration so you can see my availability, book and pay all in one place. When I needed to troubleshoot an issue, the chat was user friendly and I had a pleasant and helpful interaction with the person reaching out to help me.

Simple, straightforward, easy-to-use, and excellent customer service. Well worth checking out!

Excellent price, features and support. I used to use Cal.com, but I swapped to Calendly and then back to Cal.com once I found out they now do SMS reminders! Cal.com has a much better-looking UI, and the constant updates give me heaps of confidence in their product. I left one piece of feedback, and a team member quickly got back to me about what they are going to do to fix the issues. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Brilliant and straight forward product. Grateful for the free version that covers 99% of my needs to get moving before having to upgrade

The Round Robin feature is not functional. Needs to be taken down until it is fixed. The errors in functionality cost my company more than $5,000 of staff time to resolve, and will cause us to cancel our membership going forward. Customer support took many days to help us, by which point hundreds of incorrect interviews had to be manually rescheduled...totally unacceptable.

The best help I've ever received. After initially getting familiar with the program, I realized I couldn't manage without assistance. I reached out to customer service, and to my great and pleasant surprise, help arrived almost immediately. With Jose's patience and support, I was able to get the calendars sorted out. Huge thanks to Jose for the professional help in every aspect. Keep up the great work!
