The burner is cool, but the cones smell bitter and stink up my house.

My excitement turned into anger when I received a broken incense. I sent them an email along with photos showing damaged unit. Their support staff is very helpful enough and arranged immediate replacement sent to my address and received after 4 days along a with a discount code which i can use for future purchases.

This product is awesome! Perfect relaxation and tension management. This is best paired while drinking coffee at home or sipping a cup of tea. Product quality is of high standards. Delivery is fast, it will take less than 5 days after placing the order. You don't have to worry on delivery damages since item is well packed. This product is a must try, and is a perfect gift for the holidays as well.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, she really love this product and makes her very relaxed after a long and toxic day from work. Gives me and wife a very good night sleep, as the famous mantra goes "My mind is calm and my body is relaxed."The good thing about this product is the delivery, really impressed with the very fast delivery just made in time for our anniversary and the courier also made sure that it is properly packed to avoid damage. The material used on this product is also of good quality, there are no cracks and the surface is really smooth. My wife already asked me to buy additional incense cones, will make use of the discount code I received in purchasing the waterfall. Really a great buy. Planning to buy another one as a gift to my mother-in-law, will surely recommend this to my friends as well.

Very impressed with this great product! I don't normally buy things online but definitely was worth it. This thing actually works and its so relaxing. I receive the item sooner than the promised delivery date. Customer service was great and professional. I will surely recommend this product to all of my friends, I even bought 2 more as a gift so they can also share the experience that I get when using the product. Very satisfied customer here!!!

Easily keeps me focused when trying to work at my desk, while at the same time not feeling too stressed out. All the different aromas provide for a seriously relaxing combination.

I really really love the Lavender and Rose scents of the cones. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or I want to relax from a looong day, I just light these babies up and it works like magic! It relieves stress and helps me get better sleep. Also, products arrived on time. I also commend their customer service people who helped me a lot with my order when I got confused on the price, they even gave me a discount. What a catch!

I was sceptical at first but I have to say that I am impressed.. Very impressed with this product! This thing actually works and looks really cool. The cones only last for about 30 to 40 minutes minutes but they are magical minutes. Also, customer service was excellent. People that I have talked to were very polite and assisted me well with all the concerns I have when trying to order this burner. I will surely recommend this product to all of my friends. 101% Satisfied Customer here!
