Do not give this website any information!!! I went to place an order but decided it was too much money for shipping and backed out without confirming or even placing an order. They took my money the next day anyway and placed the order themselves without my permission. I called the very next day when I saw it on my PayPal and the girl kept telling me I had to wait for the item to arrive to get a refund, then kept trying to offer me a discount instead. After telling her repeatedly I want my money now since I never actually placed an order she agreed to a refund. We'll see if I actually get it.

Ordered 4 months ago, apparently has been at customs in China for 4 months and is in transit. It’s clearly either lost or never sent. I can’t claim a refund until the delivery - which to me is never going to arrive. I’ve noticed just getting copy and paste responses as the months have gone on, has anyone actually received anything from this company or are they just a massive scam?

poor customer service!!! Smells like just burning coal, no incense. Charged me extra tried to get refund, they keep saying i have to pay shipping back. Going to file complain with paypal. On their website they claim 100% satisfaction or money back.

To everyone who bought you let them add on 40.00 dollars of cones without gettin pissed tried to cancel or 5 min after order on Saturday, request cancel and refund, took them till Thursday to get to me, but product shipped had shipped on Thursday, now to return have to pay my own shipping to send back, can't believe company like this still in bussiness, very poor customer service, pretty pissed about this would not recommend them to anyone, hell just a burner, but I am not putting down 60.00 just for a burner, product not due till after Xmas, another ploy to make you forget about.

Ordered my waterfall on 4 July. It is now 8 November. Despite constant weekly requests for a refund I am being fobbed off with delivery promises. This company is a scam. I have no faith that I will ever receive my product and certainly won’t get a refund. Even the emails are obviously written by AI or someone whose first language is not English.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased 2 waterfalls, 2 refill cones in a bulk pack and only received 1 waterfall and 1 pack of cones. I requested a refund and they asked me to send it back which I did and paid $60+ to have it shipped back as I just wanted my money back and they never gave me my full refund! It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting, they keep telling me it’s been refunded but I believe it’s bullocks. They keep sending me the same message. This is a horrible experience! Their customer service team is shocking.
