The looks of the Waterfall is so amazing and whenever you burn your incense cones the smokes comes down like magic. I love the lavender scent since I have a problem sleeping every night . And my item was delivered on time and I got a huge discount when I purchased it.

I was trying to back out at first because I wasn't expecting to pay an additional charge for the small extra cones, called their support line, and spoke with a lady who let me know I will be getting 2 bags of 200 organic incense. Still, as much as I love to try it out I was relieved by getting an additional discount for me to enjoy the burner. I got my package within 7 days instead of the standard propagation time. Thank you to that lady who assisted me and gave me the chance to have an outlet to relieve my stress after a hard day's work. To bad though I cannot remember the name of the lady.
