Impressive! I think twice before purchasing this burner and I have to say that I am impressed! This Fountain works and looks really cool. The cones only last for 15 minutes but they are magical minutes. Also you need to have this in a draft free place to really appreciate it.

Bought this item out of curiosity on how the downward flowing of the smoke works. Was very impressed on this product as it really shows a waterfall effect on the smoke. The smoke coming from the incense cones also gives you an aromatic smell that helps you relieve stress and anxiety from your work, this is really helpful having this product beside my computer while working from the comfort of my home. Another thing is that this products ships really fast and was really impressed with it. Will surely recommend this to my friends and relatives.

I've been suffering from anxiety due to the pandemic, I've tried several ways to alleviate the anxiousness that made me feel constantly sad and worried. A friend gifted me this amazing product, I started to do basic meditation techniques with an incense cone lit beside me. From then on, I became more relaxed and at ease. I strongly recommend Incense Waterfall to everyone, it's a wellness essential I must say!

I got my waterfall and put it to the test, and I'm VERY disappointed. I love the waterfall itself, but I've only gotten 2 out of 12 incense to 🔥. Maybe I got a bad batch of cones, I don't know. The 2 that worked properly was cool how it flows down like it does. All I can say is ,I enjoyed it twice. Bummer!!!

I have been scammed by this company. Please don’t give them any information about yourself. Unfortunately, I've had to learn the hard way. I ordered a product for my granddaughters birthday, a month ago. It hasn’t arrived. Her birthday is tomorrow. I’ve called twice to ask for my money back. They won’t do it! I’ve gotten offers of “We’ll give you 40% off on you purchase. We’ll process a refund minus the shipping cost once you receive the order, and a couple of other prize solutions!” Obviously, this company has a low rating, which will remain that way until they get their collective acts together! Had I not been extremely persistent, I’d still be in this very stressful situation!

Bought 4 as one for myself and 3 for gifts. I got the 4 boxes. I have what I bought but will see if I get charged for anything more, that I will dispute. I see the claims it is a scam and will watch for scam activity. My only real complaint is the cones seem to be 4 colors so matching one to the boxes claims of 10 different scents is a laugh.

Like a previous reviewer, I also considered buying from this company, put in my PayPal details, but then did not make the purchase. I was then charged for the item and other things as well! I am guessing they are using some kind of software to capture your details when you type them in. These guys are crooks, why are they allowed to operate? They have complainants against them on the BBB website!
