BuyincensewaterfallReviews of buyincensewaterfall.com

Don’t ever even think about using this company !!! It’s a scam ! They continue to take payments out of your credit card without your authorisation. The bank are even aware as it’s happened to so many people . Do not try to purchase anything from this fake company , and if you already have unfortunately given them your bank details , please cancel your card immediately !!!!

This is sooooo disappointing. £40 cheaper on Amazon than paid for in here. Plus less postage. The incense cones only smell of burning wood (really glad I purchased 4 bags) Honestly dont bother. I have had to burn one of my incense sticks to get rid of the wood fire smell. Avoid at all costs

Bad bad bad.... please do not purchase from them. They charged me for 2 waterfalls and a gang of Incense I did not want. I have been trying to send them back one and they will not send me an address to return the items. This is crazy, I will be contacting PayPal at the end of the week with a dispute. They have giving me nothing but the run around.

The smoke doesn’t cascade to give the waterfall effect. Have tried lining up the holes etc. Its very finicky. Cones all smell the same and don’t last very long. All around disappointment. Would not purchase again.

Don't buy from this company, I ordered and paid £14.95 plus postage then they took another £50+ !! No response from emails and messages and it seems I'm not the only one ! Cannot get refunded been asking since the day I placed order for it to be cancelled. Nearly a week and nothing

Absolute con. Charge you for extra cones you don’t want, refuses to cancel the order despite contacting them immediately and I will still be charged! Do not buy from these people!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I sent a cancel request within 5 minutes of placing the order. They took two days to respond. Of course at that point my order had already been conveniently shipped so they couldn’t refund it. They are a bunch of liars and will just continually just try to give you more deals so you’ll shut up. After fighting with them and only succeeding in getting $20 after being charged $63, I decided to just cut my losses and see if I could somewhat enjoy the product. Nope! You are supposed to get 10 different scents but they all smell like gross polluted smoke when lit. Not to mention, they are all thrown in the same bag and don’t smell like anything at all so you have no idea which is which. And there is only a variety of about 6 colors so good luck guessing!

I ordered only the incense burner but ended up getting more cones. It's a good thing I noticed it immediately. I called customer service for a refund and was refunded on the same day. But when I received my burner, the scents of the free cones were really good. Now I need to order again. How  I wish I did not cancel it.
