We were overcharged with junk fees
We were overcharged with junk fees. And then when we got to the airport, we had to pay another hundred. And fifty dollars in baggage charges, which should have been included on the fare. That we paid, not only did we get basic economy. We got screwed with extra taxes and fees and did not include our luggage. We are very angry.

Airplane Booking experience with Gordon D
Gordon D. was incredible. Hr was responsive by email, text, and phone. Not sure when he sleeps. He spent over 2 hours in two phone calls working with our particular requirements and budget. Somehow, someway, he managed to find good flights for two of us. He reminded me of the 1970-1980s when travel agents really believed in customer service. I was particularly impressed with the website that allowed me to independently purchase the tickets. The confirmation with actual ticket numbers and confirmation codes were within 15 minutes.

I was looking for business class…
I was looking for business class flights from Houston to Barcelona; one was a round-trip and the other was a one-way trip to Barcelona on the same flight. I worked with Patricia and she was simply excellent and provided me with 3 good options meeting my needs. The pricing was very good, and this was not a bait and switch transaction like one can experience with some other firms. Patricia was very efficient, professional and very nice. I received the e-tickets in less than an hour after I selected the option I was interested in. Great experience.
