Excellent savings on business class…
Excellent savings on business class fares but it seems like their reps compete with each other for your booking and each one tries to figure out what your bottom line is, and get as much as they can from you (as if they will be paid anything over a certain amt--is that true?) as possible. Then they want to sell you a lot of extras that you thought were included. And even expect a generous tip on top of it all. Made me feel overwhelmed. Seems like the way they compensate the reps is at the root of those problems.
