After many years the suck my blood i left my bussnis and inform sky they ask to pay 2 monthes because i should inform them and i was out of my contract so i should disconcted dirctly but i say ok i pay 2 months and finish after i finish they sand me more bills and now they send debt colecters so bad sky not drcent company avoid deal with them

Today I spoke to an agent about the closed account and more details to cancel debit, he was so polite, friendly and helpful. Some other agents always tell me they will phone me back to confirm anything I asked for, none of them phoned me back, only today's agent helped me a lot and everything, phoned me back and confirm everything I needed help for. Thanks a lot!

Only put 1 because 0 doesn’t show as an option!!! Need posters to advertise live sport intermittent arrivals apparently I have to order every month what a joke, if I subscribe to sky sports for business surely I need posters to advertise the fact absolute rubbish ok taking my fee every month they don’t have to send me an email to order it it’s just TAKEN !! Up your game sky some people need the time to run their business not worry about ordering posters should be on a standing monthly basis, an absolutely shocking process

I had a terrible experience with customer service. They don't seem to keep a record of my calls or communications, which means I have to explain everything from the beginning each time I contact them. When the representatives don’t know how to assist, they put me on hold and then often disconnect the call. If I do manage to find someone who is supposed to help, they promise to call me back, but never do. Instead, I received an email stating that they tried to call and asking me to call them back, starting the process all over again. During my last call, the representative asked what I wanted them to do, but didn’t seem to know how to address my complaint. When I requested to speak to a manager, they told me that was not an option. I would highly recommend that you think carefully before joining Sky Business Broadband and consider other options. I am shocked that a large international company has such poor customer service. It seems all they want is to take your money and leave you abandoned! I am still awaiting a manager to contact me, but I will not hold my breath!

No phone lines for 3 weeks and they cancelled my engineer visit without telling me. Ignored emails of complaint in spite of stating they will reply in 'up to 10 days'. Now I have to wait another 9 days for a repair visit. To leave a business without phone lines for a month and no follow up to my compaints by phone or email is not acceptable. Takes ages to get through their phone system to speak with somone who wont help. I will not be renewing with them

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I previously was a customer of Sky Business brought done for the previous two years. The service was good. I was enticed into taking another two year contract on for £19.95 plus VAT per month. Then the system was upgraded and I lost service and had to have the engineer out three times. I then lost my Business phone number that I had for 27 years. I was also billed £37.95 per month. All calls are transferred to India, and there seems to be a communication problem. All in all one of the worst experiences in business over 27 years I’ve ever had. If you thrive on stress and aggravation switch to Sky Business broadband!!

Awful experience. Cancelled my services whilst I was abroad and then when I called to complain they said I had to renew it and it would take 2 weeks to become live. This obviously wasn’t doable for me so they charged me £200 cancellation fee and said the only way to waive it was to join them again.

When I was connecting my business to sky broadband, I received a lot of promisses. One of them was: if internet will breaks, the sky will sort this out in next 24h. But customer support told me that I have to wait for 2 weeks to my case to be sorted. Why then business connection exists? 2 weeks without internet will be like a death for small businesses. LTE backup connection do not works as it have to. In best scenario I have 0.98Mbps speed connection. But even in this case PC loading simple page more than a minute. Work freesed. Never choose sky business or sky itself. They do not care. Also when You just connecting to them they promisse exact monthly price for 24months, right? NO! They increase price in 2-3 months. And there are planty more troubles with them. The company full of lies.
