Business SkyReviews of business.sky.com

Sky business broadband is advertised at £24.99 a month but do not be fooled by this. Not only do's it come down the same line as the normal Sky Broadband but then they will add on 5 a month for a static IP Address and then another 5 pound a month for a 4g backup dongle which you will never use and so the price actually doubles. My normal sky line has had the same IP Address for 3 years. Complete rip off. Do's the sky broadband data come down with gold on the data packet's. NO

Biggest mistake I made DO NOT USE SKY BUSINESS Never in my life have I had an account closed without notice, then told to pay an outstanding balance - pay it - then told it wasnt paid - then it was paid after all Furthermore despite passing the security info, they can told me they "cant give me any info on my account" So.... you know its my account, but you cant help me? Useless!

Consistently poor Service Over the last 4 months we have been raising the fact that the broadband service we get is well below the speed in ourt contract. Multiple calls to their customer services results in being fobbed off with a derisory compensation offers. Paying over £80 a month, our small business is reliant on a consistent broadband speed over which we run our EPOS system. Weekly loss of service results in loss of sales. Engineer visits to site havent resolved the issues. We would definitely not recommend Sky Business

We've been with Sky since July 2023. Since conception we have had nothing but trouble with the digital phone line. Numerous routers, BT out etc, you get the picture. When you call, give yourself a clear 40 mins to get through the diabolical automated service, you can be discussing the issues you're experiencing then bang, call drops, and the process starts again. Even though they have alternative numbers which they could use to call you back, save you loosing another day off of your life, nope, you have to call again. Now waiting on someone else to speak to for 10 mins just to drop the call again. I've been on the phone after resetting the router for about 18 mins so far. Ground Hog Day! DO NOT DO IT. BUY A FLOCK OF PIGEONS, IT'D BE QUICKER

Now I am about 5 hours without my business broadband in a busy bar, so we can’t take card payments. No proactive communication on the issue or when it will be fixed. Online portal doesn’t work to log into so can’t go to my account and check the service updates (if there even are any available), the chat won’t answer as it’s just useless bot, the WhatsApp points you to call and is no use, and then after over an hour on hold when you do call, no one is answering the phone. Just terrible and will be switching as this isn’t acceptable to treat business users so poorly.

I currently pay for the highest spec of internet from sky and I can confirm it’s pathetic have an engineer out once every couple of months moving boosters round the house, cuts out constantly when watching basic channels have to reset all the main box and router absolute waste of money. Don’t bother seek an alternative I know I will after so many try’s.

Worst Company Ever, i made a booking to be connected to the internet, been waiting for booking nearly a month and on the day booking they send me a text regarding cancellation!!!!!!

Without doubt the worse broadband provider in history! They couldn't pay me to use their services again. Even if they were the only broadband provider in the world I'd just go without.
