BusBankReviews of busbank.com

BusBank is awesome. Philip May has been so helpful and accommodating. Prices are always competitive and they managed to find us a bus even on a busy holiday weekend. Never have any worries about the quality of the bus company hired. They do the vetting for us.

This is the second year that I booked with BusBank for a major event that occurs in Baltimore and they were amazing! I have no complaints. I will continue to book with this company that offers reasonable prices, wonderful and reliable drivers, and fantastic communication.

We had a very safe and reliable bus driver. I was very disappointed, however, that the bus we received did NOT have Wi-Fi and there also was no dvd player on the bus. I was told via email that both Wi-Fi and and dvd player would be included.

I looked up bus services in the Pittsburgh area online for the intent of transporting our large group of wedding guests in town from two other states to and from the wedding. We were concerned both with people getting lost in an unfamiliar city, and people enjoying cocktails and not having to drive afterwards. So I booked with BusBank after reading positive reviews. I was slightly concerned because their letterhead did not look that official to me, and the office personnel were professional, just not that warm. As the wedding approached, I started getting nervous as this business was based out of Chicago and not locally in Pittsburgh. Was it a scam? When someone told me that the bus was outside the hotel exactly where and when it was supposed to be, I felt relieved. When I boarded the bus, I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous driver, "Ed". He was everything we could ask for in a friendly and helpful driver. We had two stops at two hotels and numerous trips (bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen a little later, and finally two trips for our guests...) He was flexible on the return to accommodate our needs there as well. I shouldn't have worried...Bus Bank was perfect for our needs and our driver was EXCELLENT, and the bus was sparkling clean! Thanks Bus Bank!

Allstate Braves Event ... To start off, the bus was late picking us up and I had stressed to the company how important it was that it be prompt as we had 44 people waiting in a lobby. I called the driver but no answer, I had to call the company to find out when and where our bus was and was told she was running late. This pushed our entire event back as we had 3 loads of people to get over to SunTrust park. (which is only 2 miles from our office) I had to stay in constant phone contact with the driver as to pickup locations. (which was quite confusing) My manager wanted to know why the bus left early leaving some folks to wait for long periods of time. In the future, we would probably not rely on one bus to transport that many people as its very confusing and time consuming. I'm sure the driver was frustrated to and with traffic, it wasn't entirely her fault. At the end of the day, everyone had a fun time and everyone got back to the office safely.

Superior service! Busbank emailed the day ahead, and it was easy to text with the driver. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. They even upgraded our bus size on our return trip at no charge. A hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this transportation to anyone.
