Philip was an absolute dream and blessing to work with! We rented a bus through BusBank for a highly stressful client campaign that involved a lot of last minute requests, planning and stress, and Philip handled everything with the utmost grace, empathy, understanding and helpfulness. He responded to emails with lightning speed, made phone calls to assure everything was going smoothly and even got on the phone while on vacation hiking in the woods to help me with a last minute request! I could not recommend Philip and Busbank more, and we would not have been able to pull off our client campaign without him. Thank you!!!

Philip and BusBank saved my trip. I book a lot of travel, but had never needed a coach bus before. I used a different company for the first leg of the trip and it was disastrous. I was desperate for a quick solution with a tight turnaround. Philip found and secured the perfect bus all in under a day. He did everything possible to make the trip home a wonderful experience. They set us up with a bus to barnstorm the Iowa Caucuses with 20 students from Massachusetts. The bus was excellent and our driver was outstanding. We had a different company when we did this four years ago, and BusBank was sooooooo much better. The price was reasonable and we will use them for our next trip.
