BusBankReviews of busbank.com

BusBank was super easy to use! I appreciated Kayla's help in setting everything up, and answering all my questions. Bus was on time, clean, and the driver was very pleasant. All around a great experience - our shuttle was something I did not have to worry about during wedding planning and on the big day

Working with BusBank made the logistical plans for our daughter's wedding go so smoothely. From the first phone call through the day of the ceremony, there were no issues. On the day of the ceremony, the driver arrived on time, communicated with us, and somehow managed to shuttle our guests from the parking lot to the venue in a timely manner, and the ceremony was able to begin on time. I loved working with BusBank, and will again in the future!

I have zero regrets with my decision to use BusBank. They drove us from Tampa to Miami and then back for a company work trip. The driver was sweet, accommodating and enjoyable. Even made an additional last minute stop for us with a smile on her face. The company its self is very responsive to any questions and helped us have a wonderful experience through and through.

Thank you, thank you! I was so glad when I got in contact with Mr. Fernando and he told me he was able to help me out with bus transportation for a a couple of field trips we had planned for our school! We were working with a previous company, and they canceled A WEEK BEFORE. Mr. Fernando and his team came to rescue and gave us a great deal, supportive drivers, and a smooth ride. Thank you guys again!!

Thrilled to share that another Bus Bank event transportation experience has been awesome. With Phil May as our lead, there's confidence that everything will be perfect. Bus Bank is patient, flexible, smart, and gracious and I'm really grateful for this resource. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of transportation of all kinds!

Making the reservation was easy and the agent representative was friendly and very helpful. The driver was on time he was helpful and friendly in taking our calls and answering questions.

Terrific service, repeat customer! The bus was fantastic, clean, on-time and the driver was very accommodating. Will use again.

Booked busbank for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding transportation needs. Brian was our representative and was very easy to work with, quickly responsive to question and changes with our reservation. Busses came as advertised as well as clean! Both drivers were friendly and attentive to any wishes or needs we had. Thank you bus bank for the great experience!
