I have been in contact with Kimberly from bus bank for a couple months and she is incredibly helpful and responsive. Our driver Lyu was super friendly and came on time. It was my first time booking a bus and I’m so glad I chose BusBank to do it.

My company has been using BusBank for over 10 years now and working with them has always been a breeze! We are a charter school with middle school aged children and plan lots of trips for them. BusBank always gives us the best rates, clean state of the art private buses and the best drivers! Phil our rep is the most amazing person to work with! I will always give my business to BusBank and recommend them to other schools and organizations in New York City and beyond!

First time using Busbank and they exceeded my expectations. I had a group of 28 to move from an airport to a hotel and from a cruise port to the airport. Everything went smoothly, they were on time and the drivers were professional and courteous. I'll use Busbank in the future for sure.

We needed a bus for a summer event for our office and the driver arrived early and was very pleasant for the duration of our trip. We even were given an upgraded bus from the one we requested which was a nice surprise!

Where do I begin? My experience from the beginning to the end, was amazing! They had the best customer service. I must have asked a thousand questions and for several different quotes. There was no pressure to book, but I am so happy I booked with them! The payment process was easy, I received my bus drivers information the day of and he was astounding. Very punctual, great driver, fun personality and perfect for my guests of the family reunion. I would 100% book with them again.
