BusBankReviews of busbank.com

BusBank was the perfect choice for our event!~ Kayla was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive and accomodating through out the process. BusBank was extremely professional and their pricepoint was perfect for our needs. Our driver Derrick was great, made our attendees feel safe when transporting them between venues. We had many attendees say that the bus and bus experience was much nicer than previous years! We will definitely work with them again in the future!

Bus Bunk offers a wonderful service! Kayla from the headquarter and our two drivers, Ticely and Cathy, were great, always kind, available and supportive. Our trip was long (almost a week between Washington DC, Philadelphia e NYC), and the service was perfect. great bus/transportation quality. Super suggested! Barbara from Italy

The best part was the driver communication! He confirmed prior to pick-up each day and was always accessible over the 4 days. Prior to the event Philip May was incredibly responsive and handled my frequent changes with aplomb!

Sylvain in Ottawa is a rockstar! While the whole booking experience was seamless, Sylvain is what really brought our experience above and beyond. He was so kind and helpful, always checking in about timing, and even braved some icy weather for us.

BusBank exceeded expectations in every way. The buses were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and professional. Transportation was seamless, with buses ready and waiting at each pick-up and drop-off location. I used their services for a 150-person conference, including transportation to a dinner at the zoo, and everything ran flawlessly. A special thanks to Kayla Dorrans for making the booking process effortless. I would absolutely use BusBank again!

Excellent drivers, punctual to super punctual, flexible, as it should be. Kayla is an awesome contact to have. Definitely recommended!

Comfortable van, great driver, driver always arrived early, travel was fast and efficient, and our representative responded to emails quickly and took care of our needs.

I booked with this company for our 2 day board meeting, booking was super simple and straight forward even though we had a complicated itenerary. Lance was a crowd favorite and I thank him for making day one super simple. I only gave this company a 4 star due to day 2, the bus driver was a lady and was not as nice as Lance and also did not clean the bus prior to picking up our party. Otherwise I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.
