Love my Burneek Onyxeek! The footprint is minimal and the various detailed features are well done. The color and lighting give it a an elegant touch!

I received my sauna order on time on July 31, and everything seemed fine. The problems started when I opened the package and looked over the contents. All the frame connectors were missing. Since that time I have sent multiple to support. I get polite answers that my connectors are on their way, but it's been a month. The UPS tracking number they gave indicates UPS hasn't even received the package, despite what told to me by Rafaelys, the guy who is "helping" me. For some reason he chose to lie to me and tell that my connectors were sent to UPS. That something I'm not going to forget.
