Hi Ryan, We reviewed your case and want to clarify what has occurred. The sauna was not determined to require a full replacement at that stage. Our team identified another component that needed to be replaced, and that replacement was already sent to you. We also clearly communicated that if the replacement component did not resolve the issue, we would send you a new sauna. At no point have we refused to assist you or provide a replacement when necessary. Our team has remained in communication and has continued working with you to resolve each concern you reported. We remain available to complete the process and make sure your sauna is working properly. – Burneek
