I really like the rubber toys and the nylabone materials. Hooch is just over a yeat old and is rough on toys, I tried out one of each style in our first box. The rope ball lasted a couple days and had to throw it out. He loves to shred.. and the ballistic material lasted Barely a week both with supervised chew time, he find the hems or any weak spots in stitching and un stuffed the crinkle maybe. Going forward I think we will just be requesting rubber and nylabones, which is OK but I know they love a softer fabric chew here and there but for longevity if things we will be avoiding 2 of the 4 toy types offered... can't afford 2 of 4 toys to die not even a month after getting them. Like I said though we love the rubber and nylabones!

The absolute worst. Complete scam. Do not, I repeat do not give your information to this company. They make it impossible to cancel. I've requested a cancelation for three consecutive months. I've reached out via Chat and the Customer Service email as directed. The response has been "Why do you want to cancel?" Followed by an email telling me my issue was resolved (it has not been) and a final email asking me to rate their service. Once they have your billing information, there is no way to delete your account from the website.

So far, so good. I have only received one box (old wild West themed) but my dog loves both toys and all of the snacks.

Norbit LOVES his tough chew toy he loves the bounce. He didn't like the super chew toy as it was too hard for him but it was our first time so we are trying new things he unfortunately did turn up his nose at ALL the treats and they were quite smelly. I'd love more options for treats, he prefers the harder chews that last him a while the rawhide free are his favorite! Our next box we chose all toys and he is so excited for it to arrive!

Not a fan of the website. You have to go through the Hoops to get past the”join now!” Nowhere on the site does it say how much I pay every month? We’ve gotten one box of toys and treats and are very pleased with those. I went in and changed it to all toys and the date it’s Mailed with no problem at all. Hate the website.

Our dogs are used to bark box so they were a teensy bit bummed they didn’t get all squeaky toys but I didn’t realize they would even care! Lolol. I’ll chose carefully next time, because that was my fault. They did love the toys anyway and can’t wait for next one. Nice to have toys they don’t destroy right away

The nylon none of my dogs touch them however they they love playing with the rubber one and I did ask not to send any nylon so please don't send any more nylon.
