Hi Arlene, we are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not ideal. Our team's goal is to partner with pet parents to customize boxes to best fit your pup's toy preferences and we are sorry to hear that we missed the mark for your pup. It sounds like your pup was not a fan of our nylon toys, but if you have not had a chance to try our other toy types (rubber, ballistic, rope, etc.) and would like to try a different material for free, our team would be happy to accommodate to see if we might be able to offer a better experience for your pup if you choose to engage in a new subscription with us. If you are interested in trying a different toy type risk free, please reply to the request for information we submitted through Trust Pilot and a supervisor will reach out directly.
