This company has the worst costumer service. I had ordered a 3 month subscription for Christmas. Then the proceed to keep sending boxes. Struggled to get in contact with them. They then again put it on gold untill I had money again for my dog as I have health issues there for financially issues. They again continued to send more boxed after the account wS put on a hold. Customer service was horrible. Will never recommend to anyone. Toys themselves are not great either.

They were very clear about the products you were getting, and even had allergies chart for the treats, not to mention you get to choose between the style of toys your dog gets, I really enjoy them and they save tons of money in the long run

This company is not transparent about how their subscription plan works. You subscribe for a DISCOUNTED price per box. Not prepaid whole subscription. Which is ridiculous because it’s not specified that way. Then when you try to cancel BECAUSE you didn’t understand their policy, they tell you that either you can pay a cancellation fee OR you can just live out the subscription. I paid for the cancellation. In total I paid about 70-80 dollars for one box that had 2 okay toys and 3 terrible snacks for dogs. Oh and I ordered express overnight shipping and didn’t receive it for another week and a half.

The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because my dogs tore the rope apart within an hour of getting it. Other than that, the other toys are very durable and my dogs haven’t been able to rip them apart.
