Don’t waste money in the pet store
I spent about $75 on toys that my pup destroyed in minutes. I subscribed to Bullymake. We got one item my dog destroyed in a few minutes. I sent a picture to the email for customer service and they sent me a replacement item. My puppy is a power chewer and he loves the rubber toys. I like that I can put some of his food inside and it keeps him busy for a while.

What a great product my dog has toys
What a great product my dog has toys now that are not shredded in seconds or at all. She is still playing with good full toys that have held up

The box was really great for my pups
The box was really great for my pups . The only thing is that there was a stuffed man toy in the box… it lasted 3 min , one tug between my labs and there was stuffing everywhere. Not a good toy for power chewers.

Hello - thanks for sharing your experience. And we agree - our plush are great for a cuddle but certainly not for pups who are power chewers which is why we partner with pet parents like you to ensure your boxes are customized exactly for the toy types that best fit your pups' play styles. If you would like assistance with future box customizations, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or chat - we are happy to help!

Customer service has been great
Customer service has been great. My dog broke one of the toys and they mailed us a new one out right away. It's only been one month, so I'm curious to see if there is a wider variety of toys. I didn't see much for cognitive options. That would be my only suggestion if they don't have any. My dog also LOVES stuffies, seems like the only options are pretty weak and easily destroyed. Need some tough options. My dogs did love the treats & the tug toy.
