High shipping charges for paper bubble wrap envelope
Shipping charges are high and the company says it's because they make sure they use extra packaging materials so the bottles won't break. Mine was received in a bubble wrap envelope. I paid almost $12 in shipping for .5lb package (half pound). Some of the bottles leaked. The least they could do was ship it in a box. When I was cleaning each bottle I noticed a white animal hair on one. I am allergic to animals and wasn't aware they made these at home. The scents do smell pretty good but I haven't tried them yet since I just received them today.

Small orders should still arrive securely packaged, and we agree that a box would have been more appropriate in this case.
