Thank you for your feedback, DG. We’re very sorry to hear that part of your shipment arrived leaking and understand how frustrating and messy that can be. While we’re glad you enjoyed the scents themselves, broken seals are definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Please know that if products arrive damaged in transit, our team is happy to help make it right. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re glad to hear there were positives as well regarding the pricing and fragrance quality. Thank you again for giving us a try and for sharing your honest experience. -The Bulk Apothecary Team
