Not as Expected..
Unfortunately, this is not the same Stephenson base for foaming scrubs I use with the same “foaming bath butter” base. I’ve used a different supplier and it’s the same make but this box from Bulk Apothecary, lists on the box, “The use of personal care in your hands”. Although it is the same brand, I’m not sure why the different box and texture of the base. This base looks thick but it’s oily. Will go back to the other supplier.
