I am sending a review for a company called Artistry Northwest LLC. The owner's name is John Burkey, 509-821-0824. He does Consulting-Residential-Commerical work. It's a Remodeling and Painting Specialist Company. Idaho - RCE - 69900. I encourage you to check him out. He just did a fantastic job on my remodel of my kitchen and laundry room. Painted both the rooms, painted my cabinets, laid a new vinyl floor in the laundry room, hung lighting fixtures, installed new hardware on the doors and replaced the door to the laundry room, replaced all outlets to match the paint color plus more. A very friendly, honest, professional and a perfectionist person. A joy to work with.

The BuildZoom team listened to what we wanted out of our project and found some contractors in the area who have good reputations and were in line with what we wanted to get out of the project. They helped coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and made sure any issues we had were addressed. This is a great service for people diving into a home project.

Hi Scott, We take these claims very seriously and would like to learn more about your experience. We want each person who uses BuildZoom, no matter their use case, to have a great experience. We take pride in having great customer service and do not tolerate this type of behavior. If you are able to, please reach out to us so that we can handle this situation accordingly. It looks like we sent your project request out to 10 contractors in your area and are awaiting on responses from some. It is not common that we are unable to provide any leads, however, as the contractors who use BuildZoom are not employed by BuildZoom, we have no authority over whether or not they decide to take a job. Contractors may choose a job based on a variety of things, including budget, availability, proximity to the job site, just to name a few. We would be happy to re-source for you to see if there any availability has opened up, just let us know!

I recently found an unknown contractor through this platform at a reasonable price, so it is a reliable place. However, my submitted review was not initially published, so my positive experience went unrecognized. After a few days of meeting the strict criteria of BuildZoom, it was finally published. This is great because I believe that reviews are important, and I don't like feedback to be suppressed. I would highly recommend the BuildZoom contractor marketplace and award it a 5-star rating. I like the fact that they vet reviews, so no fakes are posted. Despite the lack of reviews for my unknown contractor, I took a chance with the contractor, and I'm glad I did, as they did an excellent job.

Just like any other platform that hosts reviews, there are specific and mandatory checks that are put in place as safeguards against bots spamming. Our review verification team reviews each review in its entirety to ensure that the review meets our eligibility requirements for posting. If one of the requirements are not met, we will not approve the review as a safety measure. Another possibility is that the review has not been approved nor denied yet.
