Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that getting started with a new platform can take time, and we appreciate you giving BuildZoom a chance. Our goal is to connect contractors with real homeowners in need of professional services, and we hope your latest lead turns into a great opportunity for you. Regarding fees, we strive to provide value by offering leads at no upfront cost, so you only pay when you successfully win a job. That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve, and we’d be happy to discuss how we can better support your business. Please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]—we’d love to help. Wishing you success with your latest lead!

Thank you for your feedback. I wasn’t able to find any service requests under your name or email, but we’d love to take a closer look at your experience. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll review the contractor options provided to you. Contractors on BuildZoom set their own service areas, which can sometimes extend 60+ miles depending on their preferences and availability. That said, it sounds like something may have gone awry here, and we’d love the chance to help find professionals closer to your location. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to assist with your project. We see that you received a bid from one of our contractors this morning, and we’re sorry to hear the others were unable to provide quotes. We truly value your patience and want you to know we’re actively working to expand our network of qualified contractors in your area. Our goal is to connect you with professionals who can meet your project needs efficiently. If there’s anything

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly value input from our users, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the payment structure and how it differs from other lead generation platforms. We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations regarding communication with our support team. We’re always working to enhance our responsiveness and ensure that customers and contractors can reach us more efficiently. We acknowledge that the current options of email and text may not be the most convenient, and we're exploring ways to improve this aspect of our service. Regarding the issues with lead information, such as incorrect contact details and forwarding emails or phone numbers, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We’re actively reviewing our processes to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, and your feedback will be shared with our team as part of that improvement effort. The information is always submitted by the user, and our CRM uses Google Maps. Unfortunately, it looks like the user may have issued a typo with their zip code which prompted it to be showing 4 hours away. I fixed that in the system. We also take your concern about the incorrect business listing seriously. Please email [email protected] with the link to that listing, and we can investigate and address this specific issue right away. We want to ensure that our platform accurately represents all contractors and protects their reputations. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to making BuildZoom better. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further concerns.

Hey Linda! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our Project Consultants ask detailed questions to ensure we fully understand your project and can match you with the most qualified professionals. Spending this time on the phone with one of our Project Consultants often times results in much less time spent researching and interviewing contractors prior to meeting with them on site. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the process. I tried to find your information with the email you used for this review but could not find your request in our system. If you have any specific suggestions, we'd love to hear them - you can email [email protected] Thank you! Vicky
