I’d caution homeowner to stay away from this company. There are many other online free resources available for homeowners to find a reliable contractor.

I had received 3 job bids to replace 32 feet of dilapidated wooden fence and retaining wall. I choose Ronald Construction because their job bid was fair and reasonable and after viewing their website. So glad I did. Ronald Construction replaced a 32 foot section of wooden fence along with 32 feet of retaining wall which the fence sat on. This project took place on June 17, 2024 and was completed on June 18, 2024. Ronald Construction's crew were on time, bought all materials to do the job with them, were the hardest working guys I've seen in a long time, only took breaks for lunch, and went above and beyond what was required. Their workmanship was excellent. They used quality materials and thoroughly cleaned the job site prior to leaving. I highly recommend them to all those seeking a liable and fair repair service. I know I won't hesitate to use Ronald Construction for future repairs.

contractor broke binding contract
Response from BuildZoomJul 12, 2024
Hi Melodie, We are sorry to hear about your experience with a contractor you found on BuildZoom. We’d like to clarify that BuildZoom is not associated with this contractor, or any contractors. We assist property owners with finding contractors in their local area and act as an owner's rep to help them validate contractors and get through the pre-construction process, however we don’t have our own network of contractors. We also partner with over 2000 building departments and contractor license boards across the United States to manage a database of active contractors on our website. Contractor profiles on BuildZoom help property owners make decision on who to hire, based on a lot of info, such as permits on file, BuildZoom score, reviews, etc. Signing up with BuildZoom premium, we take you through the entire pre-construction process from sourcing contractors, gathering and comparing bids, and help to ensure necessary components of a building contract are in place. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
