Subject: Urgent: Request for Account Deletion Dear Zoom Support Team, I am writing to urgently request the deletion of an account associated with my email address. I want to clarify that I never created this account, nor do I wish to have it online or associated with me in any way. It is extremely concerning to find an account under my name that I did not authorize or use. I insist that you take immediate action to remove this account and confirm the deletion by replying to this email. Please be advised that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to explore legal avenues to ensure my personal information is not improperly used or retained. I expect a swift response to this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention.

I was assigned a contractor via my home warranty company. I have used BuildZoom this time and twice before to look into the work of that assigned contractor. You can see the type of projects they typically do, see that they file permits as needed, and read reviews which I find at least as valuable as yelp reviews. If you happen to be planning and paying for your own project, this is a great site for that as BuildZoom will assign you a consultant to work with to ensure your project goes smoothly with the contractors you select from their site.

I recently had my bathroom renovation. This is a coop building and therefore comes with the strict rules & regulations prior to proceeding the project, but the contractor “Richie Roma Home Improvement Corp.” was very aware of the situation & they took charge of handling the whole process with precision. They had great deal of experience working with the coop building and moreover they were extremely knowledgeable & professionals from beginning to end. I’m more than happy with the outcome of my beautiful new bathroom and so grateful to have met them. I will not hesitate to hire them again for any of my future home projects and I would highly recommend them to my family & friends.

Excellent work, friendly, on time (actually they arrived 15 minutes early), thorough, excellent clean up, very good communication, polite, respectful and we will definitely hire them for our next project. I highly recommend Fuentes & Sons!!! Joseph Ramirez Temecula
