I chose BUILDIUM software after reading the reviews of its ease of use and have been using it now for a year. The REVIEWS were were RIGHT! When I became the treasurer for our condo association they decided to become self managed and I had to find an accounting software to do the bookkeeping. The cost was affordable and reviews were good sot decided to give it a try. It was SO EASY to input the data and to navigate in the menus. I have only had to email them twice for technical assistance in how to do something in which the response from them was quick. I would choose BUILDIUM software again for the next bookkeeping software for a company I take on. My FAVORITE things are cost, ease of use and being able to access it from anywhere! THANK YOU BUILDIUM!

ABOUT INPUTTING BILLS Every month, I dread the day where I have to input all the bills with their attachment.. Because the BILLS only allows one attachment per bill, it takes us sooooo much time to ! INPUTTING NEW BILLS COULD BE A LOT BETTER. For a given vendor, we want the ability to input multiple bills, and have the ability to upload a separate attachment for each entry. Come on guys, you can do it !!!!! STANDALONE TOOL It would be nice to have a standalone tool for PC that will allow us to rapidly search Buildium content. Just a rapid search tool that would open content in Buildium. That way, we can open Buildium rapidly and go straight to the desired content. NAVIGATION IS LACKING We want to rapidly be able to jump from a property, to its lease, its owners, its renters, its bills. Improve this please MOBILE APP SUCKS The mobile app is really lacking. Please at least, add shorcuts to the following pages: - Leases, properties, rental owners, tenants, bills, applicants

I just signed up with Buildium last month and I am loving it!! I am really impressed with the level of customer service I have received. I have made several calls this month because I am trying to get used to the new software and everyone I have spoke to is so patient, friendly and very helpful. I love that I get follow-up emails and they update me on a support ticket without me having to call in again. As a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, I've got too many things on my shelf that must be done in a timely manner in order to stay on top of my property management business. My work needs to be done correctly and in a timely manner or the dominos start crashing down real fast, every PM knows what I'm talking about. My fix to those long days at my office and endless sticky notes was Buildium... over 5 years ago! Today, I personally call them "Super Buildium," no joking here! They are constantly upgrading and adding (endless) time saving valuable tools to make me more productive and shine bright in front of my clientele, while reducing the amount of time and money I need to spend to get it all done. At the end of my (shortened) day, Buildium is a HUGE STRESS REDUCER and definitely a PRODUCTIVITY BUILDER for me and my firm! Time is money... and that's my bottom line (especially when it's done correctly and fast)! When I was searching for an easy and economical solution to all of my property management time sucking responsibilities, I found myself coming back to Buildium over and over again. Today I could definitely say one thing for sure, I'm thankful I made the right choice by moving forward having Buildium on my side! It was virtually seamless to move my clients portfolios over into Buildium's system when I made the switch, too. Beginning balances, properties, etc. no problem. I never looked back since! Also, Buildium's property management phone tech support (no fees... very nice by the way!) including their 24/7 online tech support portal is incredible, if/when you need it. They also have many training videos and easy printable versions of time saving tips, and answers to common questions, etc., available 24/7. I also need to add one last thing, my profession is not an accountant, but I do know the basic fundamentals of income and expenses... Buildium makes my work easy! You have many selections of financial, property, productivity reports, etc. and they are all just a few clicks away, your custom reports are ready in seconds for emailing, printing or just referring to on your desktop/laptop computer, tablet/iPad and iPhone/Android smart phones. Whether you have an accountant on staff or not, it's a great time saver. I haven't even scratched the surface describing all of the features, solutions and tools Buildium has to offer. I highly recommend BUILDIUM to every real estate/property management professional whether you are just starting out or you have been in the business for many years! If you want to stay on top of the technology curve, see for yourself, Buildium is worth the try!

We manage 130 units in residential area of NW Florida. We have been using Buildium for several years and I cannot say enough about all aspects of this vendor. Customer service is very important to me and our company and Buildium sets the bar in this category. New features and improvements are constantly being worked on, especially if associated with many requests and suggestions from current users. Leadership of this company has hands-on involvement with the customers and THAT is extremely rare these days. I have been approached by representatives from the competition but there is just NO competition. Buildium has made our company more efficient, accurate, and very competitive in our area. Buildium has my loyalty and praise!

We have been buildium for property management for a while now. Love the versatility and easiness of the program. It's straight forward and almost self-training on it is fast. Our tenant information is secure, accessible and love the fact that we can take rents online without us having to personally take payments.

Buildium has been a lifesaver for our small apartment complex! It gives us all the amenities of a much larger complex without breaking the budget! It has a very well organized layout and offers everything from tenant screening, online Epay for tenants, Tax filings for contractors and free listing options on 5 major listing websites! We are in LOVE with Buildium and all it has to offer! And what's more, they are always adding new features which keep us Property Managers happy!
