I have always found the customer service and technical support to be a highlight of my experience with Buildium. All Buildium representatives with whom I have worked have been patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have a $1,162 payment from a tenant…
I have a $1,162 payment from a tenant that never made it into my bank account. I have sent them a ticket 4 times, and they have not solved the problem in over 3 months. I have had other problems with them being slow to respond. It seems like the more serious the problem, the more they ignore me. I wish I could call someone, even if I had to pay money.

Very Supportive and Responsive Customer Support
My experience with Buildium support has been very positive. The support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when I need assistance with troubleshooting issues or reconciling accounts and tenant ledgers. Their guidance has helped me understand and resolve issues more efficiently.
