General experience really good - Excelent attention from James
Overall, I really like the platform. I'm still getting the hang of things, but having everything in one place is key to keeping our work organized and easily trackable. One feature I believe would be extremely useful is the ability to assign tasks or work orders to vendors without needing invoice details upfront. Many vendors need to assess the situation first before providing a quote, while other times we already trust them to do the job and just need to upload the invoice later. I called customer support on Tuesday with several questions about payments, vendors, and other topics, and James was exceptionally helpful. He gave direct answers, communicated clearly, and provided great additional information. Having well trained, patient, and kind people to help answer our questions is just as important as having a great platform.
