Very Disappointing, not sure who they used for software development but clearly did not have knowledge of flows or even how to use google translate, they have zipper instead of zip code under the Spanish version, for payments. Not good solutions or useability. Paid for 2 months of limited service while awaiting onboarding on their end, I completed my onboarding in 24hrs. The offered no credits and charged me in full. System glitches a lot. Not well thought out. While it is window based give feel of old Davox systems in how you have to think it through.

I made a huge mistake coming to Buildium and unfortunately I'm already set up in a little late to switch for now but cannot wait to get out of the system and into a new system that works more efficiently. Not sure what upgrades it's what they're calling upgrades it's a major downgrade for my previous usage of buildium. I had previous experience with a system and used to think it was pretty similar to have polio just did not have the additional flow and features however whatever they did to upgrade just made it worse there's so many glitches in the system for a product that cost $250 a month they definitely do not meet or are even worth that amount tenants have a difficult time in the portal their mobile site is not mobile friendly at all. Please think twice and check out different competitors so far sadly even though they're the highest cost Julio has been able to have the most features although I hate their customer service so definitely would love to see an option that has the flowability and features and ease of use about folio with an actual customer service team that answers their phone. Building promise this none of it has given apart and wasted the first two months of service that I was not operational waiting for Bank approval

Janine assistance was exempleray. She was very knowledgable and meticulously guided me throught the needed steps and entries that made the learning and trouble shooting experience great.

The software is great and always improvements are welcome

Thel software has made property management so much easier by streamling many of the tasks. I particularly like the tenant's month accounting. I am working on incorporating some of the other features. I also am pleased with the customer service that is available to assist when there are questions

Your customer service is top notch. They are so willing to make it easy for you to get what you need done. Quick and efficient. Buildium Rocks!

The software is great. When I find a feature that I think will be helpful they take note of it. The real shining star here however is the Customer Service. It is next level GREAT.

Buildium is really straightforward and easy to use. I love it!
