We have been with Buildium now about 60 days. The onboarding process was fairly smooth, the access to Support has been night and day compared to the poor access to support at Appfolio. There are a few features missing from the platform that hopefully will come on the road map soon. They are innovating and continuing to make improvements. Buildium is a platform we can grow with.

Buildium software is a very sophisticated product but can be used at any level of competency. The more features that you use the better it performs. Electronic payments, documents, leasing, all valuable aspects of this product. The integrations continue to add value plus training videos can help you get started and launch a very efficient process.

I signed up for a subscription to this service on 7/26/2023, and to date have not been able to get it working properly. Support finally replied today stating that they don't support my legal structure (multiple LLCs for holding properties) in their system. I requested a pro-rated refund and was told that under their terms and conditions they never issue refunds. Therefore, I have a service that I will not be using for the next 9 months because my business is not supported. Their customer support is pretty much one person replying to emails (it's always the same person). I really wanted this product to work, because it looks nice and seems like it's put together nicely. However, it's unusable for my business and the way support works currently makes it unusable for any business that is tracking financial transactions like rentals.

I suggested my company move to Buildium almost one and half months ago. I already regretted. The courses from Buildium are good. However, the staff and customer services are horrible. We applied epay for a month or so ago, now still not working. The compliance team were slow and arrogant, many times just replying one simple sentence not giving constructive guidance. Other supporting team either not respond or slow. We may end up to take paper checks for current month fro many tenants, although we switched to Buildium one and half months ago. Not a good start at all. Disappointed.

Buildium is the swiss army knife of property management software; they do everything poorly. It took days to get someone on the phone that could assist us with integration. Their add on services, like Property Inspector are terrible, and b/c they partner with another companies to provide the service, they have little to no control of the customer experience. Stay away!!!

We have used Buildium for almost 1 year now and it has been a huge asset to our company. Anytime I have any questions, the support team has been great in answering them. Our application and screening process is so simple now. And I love the e-leasing options. If you are on the fence about using Buildium I would say do it. You will no regret it!

Buildium makes our jobs so efficient. I can manage 250 units paperworks, accounting etc which was handled by 3 staffs before. Thank you ! We are so happy to work with Buildium. It helps us to grow our business fast.

Buildium is very easy to use. I am very happy that Buildium is stacking some really nice services.
