Worst customer service. The freight carrier they partner with messed up my delivery 3 different times. I spent hours trying to resolve only to have the order lost and then my item to be on back order. I had to cancel and ship back the part of the order (a toilet) that had already been delivered. Awful experience. I will never buy anything from them again.

Avoid these people like the plague. They say they have the item in stock, but when you order, it becomes "backordered". Waiting for weeks now for my major purchase. Trying to get support is next to impossible. I may have to go to small claims court to get my money back. Phone support is non existent.

I ordered a range they said 2-4 days its been 2 week, i called them they push it back another week , i cancelled now they are saying they have to get approval from factory to cancel it, i am on the phone for 34 mns no answer , save yourself from headache and buy it from a legit company good luck

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I thought I was ordering a mini freezer. The cost was $926 after taxes and fees, but to my dismay when i opened the package it was the frame for a freezer. I was completely dissatisfied as the price and even the profile site suggested that I was purchasing a whole mini freezer. What completely has me irate is when i called build.com to return the item they said I could not return it because this specific item does not take returns. I have no words to explain the dissatisfaction I have for this company and their return policy. Especially after spending close to a $1000 on a product that i was misleading into believing was a whole mini freezer and not just the frame for the freezer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a tub and the drain overflow for that particular tub. I received the tub and got a brass version of the drain/overflow I wanted. My plumber said to replace the brass with the PVC version. I called them and they said the website (defaults) to the brass one but said they would send out a return label and refund me when they get it and meanwhile I paid for the PVC one. A week after they received the return they finally answered an email and said my form of payment will be credited. We emailed back and forth for close to 10 days and they said refund was made and should be pending in my account... it wasn’t. They finally told me I wasn’t refunded but my money was put into my “build.com” account! I told them several times this was unacceptable but now they refuse to even email me back and twice I called and couldn’t get through!

After waiting 3 additional weeks for a door lock. It took for me to call them to ask for an update, and they said another week and a half. Best part is being told that it won't ship until July 31 and when I asked for a refundon July 21, I got told they have to verify that it hasn't shipped yet before they can issue a refund. Does that logic sound right? Nope.

Super long wait times for support via phone or chat, poor customer service or reps with attitudes (Ethinia is one nasty one), reps won't follow up even if you leave a message on their voicemail for faster service. Waste of time and money!

took two days off so I could be there for delivery. It was scheduled for a Tuesday. got a call Tuesday confirming delivery Wednesday.... half the order was delivered Tuesday. Wednesday got a call at 10 am saying delivery was coming in 1 hour... Waited around all day and nothing delivered. called around 530 pm Wednesday, to see what the deal was. they told me they don't know where the delivery drivers are but it was on the truck out for delivery. its Wednesday 10:15 pm and nothing showed up today. I am super pissed as I could have just ordered the stuff from my supply house and have been done already. contemplating on just return all the stuff and will never be using the site again due to poor third party delivery service.
