Every detail down to the color, the type of fur, the size, and the heartbeat really brought our Budsie to life!
Response from BudsiesJun 17, 2025
Hi Alexis! Coo's Budsie turned out perfect! The heartbeat was a great choice for an upgrade, we're so happy you all love it! The supersized upgrade made everything that much better too! Thanks for your kind review! 💙

Once again, Budsies did an outstanding job creating the final member of my pony OC family, Night Sight. It has been a pleasure to see the effort, craftmanship, and love they have put into every single one of my creations. I couldn't have asked for a better company to bring them to life in plush form.
Response from BudsiesJun 17, 2025
Hi Chris! Another one for the books! We're so glad Night Sight's plushie turned out how you pictured! Thanks for your kind words! We can't believe we've made you 6 Budsies already over the years! Incredible! 😊💙
Benilda S.
Nice quality but not quite similar to the face of the image I sent.
Response from BudsiesJun 17, 2025
Hi Benilda! Thanks for your review! We're sorry the face on Malaya the Mermaid's plushie didn't turn out the way you pictured! We checked with our support team and they let us know you're thinking about a re-order! When you place the new order, you can add a note about what you'd like to see kept the same and changed for the new plush! You can always email us again at [email protected] for any other questions. We'll be happy to help! 💙

Final product is cute, my son had a very simple design. It said up to 8 weeks with a shipped by date. Actually thought because it was so simple it would arrive sooner than that.. anyway paid the extra $50 for updates/proof before it was delivered (not worth it - took an extra week after I approved the design immediately upon receiving the email and received no updates prior to the proof) we had a 4 week delay because they forgot to add the hood on the hoodie, and the hood is literally the tiniest thinnest piece of scrap fabric possible. Cant pull it up over the head and would rip off easily. Not sure why it took an extra month and I received 0 update until I messaged Kaylee from customer service several times, and she did not have anything to say other than it's handmade and I had to ask multiple times why it was taking an entire month to add a very.. poorly done hood. However my son likes it and it looks like the design. It was supposed to ship by May 2, did not ship until May 30. Arrived June 2.

I think you did a very nice job with the shape, it looks like the character! But the biggest problem is the colors. Instead of green you used gray for some reason? The green you guys replaced with the gray is used on the arm where it’s supposed to be but not used on the leg and was replaced by the gray. The gray that is supposed to be there is to light and to close to the light gray details

Hi Fox! We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with how Experiment #032's Budsie turned out! We checked with our team and they said they haven't received an email from you. If you could please email [email protected], we'd love to work on finding a solution to your fabric color questions! 💙
