Bought a bomb and it won’t connect to Bluetooth. Spoke to them and they offered 50% refund if you spend in their shop or 30% refund back to PayPal. I tried to explain to PayPal and they said I had to return to shop address in Indonesia but then the shop said I had to post to China as that’s where the shop is and the warehouse is in Indonesia. It only cost me £13 to send back tracked so this way will get most of my money back

DO NOT BUY! I bought an army bomb ver3 for $64 dollars, the reviews and description made it out to be authentic and amazing. So I bought it, talk about a mistake. It arrived a few months later, the box was seriously damaged. The photocards were bent, the keyring chipped. Worst of all, the army bomb itself was definitely not authentic, though quite close, but the component to put the batteries in was broken so it wouldn't work. The customer service is atrocious, while the lady I am emailing is quite friendly and understanding. The only thing they are offering is 30% refund or 50% credit on their site which I would definitely not buy from again. I am currently trying to make them give me at least a 75% discount considering how pricey it is. Honestly awful and a big mistake.

If I could not give stars to this shop I would.The clothes are expensive but they are fine but the army bomb...don’t get me started,I got scammed fam.first of all you can’t even connect to Bluetooth,no the app isn’t doodoo like this online shop.second of all the battery pack thingy doesn’t even fit in the light stick and if u see unboxing videos the silver lining in the “authentic army bomb” are not even supposed to be there!! And the final and third reason why u don’t buy from this shop is because of the photo cards.Who the frick is JUGkook huh?! I only know jungkook.They could of tried at least.If they want to be a successful company they should show all reviews not just the ones giving them 5 stars :-/

This webbsite is terrible:( The armybomb I brought was unofficial and the batteri couldn’t even fit in though I paid 60 pounds. The box it came in was beaten. I am so disappointed.

I bought the bts army box ( love yourself tour one ) and it still hasn't came. i ordered it back in january 11th it is now 15th of february it has been over a month now and nothing has happened it still just says order confirmed! i payed over £80 for this ! i have't got my money back to. i am really upset and have been crying for hours. so please do not buy from them . don't make the same mistake i did , i should of looked at the reviews first. Will not be buying from them ever again!

Do not shop at BTSMANIASHOP.com or BTSMANIA.com! they seem to have two websites! I ordered an army bomb v2 back on November and I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I sent countless emails and and the owner keeps saying it is on its way. I DEMAND A REFUND! i will get my lawyer involved! DO NOT SHOP HERE. My daughter is literally in tears because of this company. Horrible, horrible company.

BTSmania.com is a very dishonest company. I purchased 2 BT21 items here and I reiceve fake Chinese knock offs. First, the chimmy face cushion I purchased has a huge crease due to poor stitching. My cooky stitching fell off.. They don’t have any tags or dust bags that came with it. They were wrapped in a plastic bag. I hate these products. Don’t buy from here. I for sure will never shop here again. Hard earned money down the drain.
