I have purchased items there that are very nice but the last set of sheets were not worth the expense. I could have found better at Macys for a fraction of the price.

Excellent service, commitment to finding the complete package to assemble a georgeous master bed. I have used this company a number of times in two locations. As always, I found superb service and unique bedding and accessories.

I purchased an $1100 comforter and took it home to see if it matched my master bed color scheme! I was very busy at the time and the comforter did not work but I was delayed in returning/exchanging it for another that was a better fit for my bedroom. They refused to help in any way shape or form. It was brand new. Never used. Tags on. Just out of the time frame of returns/exchanges! $1100!!! ELEVEN HOUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Down the drain! I immediately went home, gave it away and vowed never again to return to your store. Which I have not!! Your return policy and customer service is DISGRACEFUL! Not only was the person attending me AND the manager on duty not helpful, they were unsympathetic and somewhat rude to me. This was years ago now. But you are sending this survey and obviously it still rings a SOUR tone with me!! Apparently, I'm still angry about it ! Hopefully you have changed your policy but I will never know because I will never ever go to your store again.

We had a great experience. The towels just came and they are wonderful.
