Lux sheets that feel like heaven!

Between the Sheets is a visual AWE and a desire to redecorate your Master Bedroom and Bath as soon as you look in the window. Customer services is fabulous from Palm Desert, Newport Beach and Costa Mesa.

At Between The Sheets, their merchandise is beyond stunning and their staff incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was introduced to the Robertson store 10 years ago by my designer/decorator Josette Murphy from About Space and really can’t thank her enough!

One of the little ties was missing on the duvet cover. Otherwise all good. Thank you for the sample pillow cases! We'll order more of those!

love it all, bathroom accessories are beyond. Pricey but awesome

This is the consences and word on the street. So glad to be able to review this! The product is amazing great taste 5 stars plus! But MANY people I know say they will never return. The service is really bad. Bad attitude. Rude. Like we should be happy that they allow us to shop there! Then I purchased 2 sets of things years ago explaining that I will need to return one, I am just getting 2 so I can see which one goes better with the rest of the room. When I went to return it I was told that I couldn't. Like if the conversation never had happened. And was spoken down to in front of other clients It was thousands of dollars!! I personally have 6 friends that have experienced the same kind of thing. All refusing to go back. Then I went to the hospitality show for my hotels and your name would come up bacause I am looking for that kind of quality for some rooms, and more people would have similar comments. CRAZY. It's a shame. It's hard to find as nice of stuff anywhere else (that bravo to your buyer) but if that wasn't the case I am certain you would of lost many more clients. PLEASE PLEASE look into it. We would love to come back.
