Merchandise is always impeccable. Service could be better. Shopping at either the Crystal Court, South Coast Plaza Store, or Newport, sales associates are not always the friendliest. They at times have an arrogant air about them. It doesn't make me want to shop there.

Great selection of Kim Seybert napkins, placemats and napkin rings. Quality gift selections. Very large selection to choose from of tissue boxes, ,etc. for bathroom vanities. Service with a smile
