Between the SheetsReviews of btsheets.com

I bought many items at the location at Newport off PCH. It was hard to figure a rating. I felt the workers were very friendly and everything I bought held up fantastic. I bought a wooden bowl I was able to make in to a custom sink which looks fantastic and the lighter I bought is the BEST lighter for candles I have ever purchased! Looks great and completely durable. They would have a hard five stars but here is the problem. It’s called Between the Sheets and the absolute WORST product they carry are the sheets. No warranty, no money back or exchange. I spent over two grand on sheets because I purchased two sets to rotate. Both sets the fitted sheets shredded and got holes. You can’t just purchase a fitted sheet, you have to buy another set. I have purchased many sheets over the years, both expensive and cheap and these are the only ones that shred, tear along seems and get holes. Note: they don’t allow reviews from more than 1 year.

The quality of your product has diminished. The sheets now have a roughness to them and they wrinkle easily. That is using a low setting on the dryer to keep them from wrinkling. The towels use to absorb water like a sponge, but now they are more like drying with a cotton ball. I have been using linens from Between the Sheets since 1992. In the last few years I have noticed a lesser quality. The price is the same, but what happened to the quality?

you have great product but your duvet covers do not have the ties inside to attached the duvet inserts.

my only concern was I went to the south coast store and bought a white blanket for full price. then less than one week later everything that was white went on sale and was never told. I was very disappointed. dz other stores with a similar story would have told me and placed it on hold.

Merchandise is always impeccable. Service could be better. Shopping at either the Crystal Court, South Coast Plaza Store, or Newport, sales associates are not always the friendliest. They at times have an arrogant air about them. It doesn't make me want to shop there.

The prices are outrageous! The salesperson talked us into a set of sheets and towels that are not as represented We also bought a set of sheets and set of towels that my husband picked out. We are pleased with them. The quality and texture

I'm a big fan of the merchandise and spend thousands of dollars at Between the Sheets but very rarely do I get to take advantage of their sales. Seems as though the brands I prefer and purchase are never on sale even when there is a store wide sale. There advertising is very misleading.

Way over priced
