I have shopped at BTS for many years now- the items in the store are very tasteful & of a very high quality. I was however, a little disappointed when I bought a beautiful throw blanket there on 12/24 (for a 25% discount) & on 12/26 (after opening gifts) my sister in law wanted to buy 5 more blankets as she was so thrilled with the gift I had given to her. I told her about the store and all of the wonderful goods they carrt. However, on 12/26 she went to purchase the blankets & they would no longer honor the 25% discount- really??? Most stores would certainly honor this especially given the amount of business I have done there over the years & the quantity of products that she purchased. I am disappointed.

I love Between the Sheets and have purchased various items. However, I find that a lot of items are out of reach for me financially. Between the Sheets is kind of expensive is my thought. However, I love to go there and look around at all the beautiful things they have. Lottie Miller

We received a defective bed last year it took them 9 months to replace it.

Great Store: Expensive but wonderful sheets. Their sales are very good as well.

I love Between the Sheets, but I wish you would feature Bedding for Sale on the website Individual Pieces & Set- Pricing, as it is, would allow Clients to order Pillow Cases separately as well as a replacement flat, or fitted individual sheet

Great selection but pricey.

One of the little ties was missing on the duvet cover. Otherwise all good. Thank you for the sample pillow cases! We'll order more of those!
