Used s19 Pro AntMiner stopped working after 2 days. It says overheating and can't keep it running. Prompt response from the bt-miners to resolve my issue. Miner is working now and i decided to update the review to 5 stars as support replied back immediately. Thank you.

Got my equipment and support was amazing

Excellent service! Have ordered 5 miners from BT (used) and all have performed better than expected. Units arrived earlier or within time frame and in good condition (needed cleaning). Minor issue with one unit psu/controller- but Lena and KC were prompt to meet with me, review and provide a solution. Great customer service and communication! Jason MTech Digital

I ordered for the first time with BT Miners and the Power supply I recieved was not working. I called them and they sent me a new working Power supply and helped me to setup my antminer. They were very helpful and I appreciated their prompt response

They are very responsive to our concerns. Reminder through our email and communication are keep us informed and progress. We are very pleased to purchase items from them. Especially Lena, she answered all the questions we have in the beginning and reply to our concern. We are very pleased to work with BT miner. We purchased 2 miners and one come in as it scheduled and second one is still in progress. So far we have no issue on the one we received. We will keep them as resources for future purchase!
