UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T LEAVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK , AS I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER, I SENT A DIRECT BANK TRANSFERT TO CHINA BT ECCOMERCE COMPANY (WHICH IS PROBABLY SOME FAKE COMPANY FOR DON'T PAY ANY TAX), AS THE CARD PAYAMENT OPTION IS NOT AVAIALABLE IN EU. AS RESULT MY TRANSFERT HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVE (THEY CLAIM SO) BUT MY BANK CONFIRM THAT THE TRANSFERT REACH THE CHINESE BANK SUCCESSFULLY. AFTER FEW MESSAGE , LEAH (THE SELLER) SENT ME A MESSAGE WHERE HE WAS CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCEL AND MY TRANSFERT SENT BACK, WHICH SHOULD REACH MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 24/48HR , WELL AFTER 10 DAYS THE TRANSFERT NEVER SHOW UP, AND I COMPLETELY WASTE MY MONEY , NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER. VERY DISAPPOINT FROM THEM, THERE ARE MANY OTHER REPUTABLE SELLERS AROUND , GO WITH THEM , DON'T RISK WITH BT-MINERS. UNFORTUNATELY , I'M NOT A BOT , BUT A NORMAL PERSON WHICH JUST LOST HIS MONEY IN THIS SCAM. BEWARE TO BUY , DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE.

BT-Miners.com are a legit supplier, as I have made 2 orders; both came through exactly as ordered. You should not have an overnight expectation; it takes about 2 weeks. I will order from BT-Miners.com again in the future.

I wasn’t sure about BT-Miners when I ordered. There are many scammers out there but decided to take a chance on them, I ordered a used Jasminer X4, immediately received an order confirmation. They answered any questions I had and delivered promptly. I would highly recommend BT-Miners and will be using them in the future.

Happy with overall experience, would have liked an email after the confirmation to let me know when it was being sent, ended up sending an email a week after purchase to confirm it was being sent, and after sending the email it was confirmed and then suddenly it was being shipped that afternoon, made me nervous as ordering products online makes me anxious, but that's more of a personal thing. Overall happy with the service, purchasing was stress free and simple, able to purchase through bank instead of just crypto like most, which is the reason I bought from them as I didn't want to dip into my investment portfolio and purchase more crypto purely to purchase something. Delivery was fast for an overseas investment, took half a week to arrive, excellent support packaging for the product during delivery, product in excellent quality and in one piece upon arrival. Will look at purchasing more products from them in the future.

Great experience!!! Wrote an email because my miner went down. 3 minutes after I sent the email Lena called and helped me through it. Great support and very friendly. I’ll be buying more miners thru BT- miners for sure!!
