BT-MinersReviews of bt-miners.com

Crypto currency

I can say that BT-Miner has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn’t expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do. Only one thing I can think of that would make this experience them best in class…if they could provide and interface to all of the miners being hosted so we can make changes to pools or go solo when we want w/o having to wait for their excellent customer service to do it. I give them 5 Stars but would give them 6 if they had that last interface…hard to improve greatness but they can be best in class if they can add that one last part…

Good company nice service

I am new to mining and Lena walked me through the process and was very helpful in answering all my questions and when there was an issue she responded immediately and got the issue resolved. Great customer service.

I have had a few chances to purchase from BT-Miners. Although we had a hiccup before I decided to give them another chance. They did much much better this time and I will be a returning customer. Again.

It's been a month and no shipping of my miners I paid over 10 gran for.

100% Legit, I got 7 of my IceRiver miners today. Working with them over whatsapp and on the phone for the past 2 weeks. Always feel its risky but BT-Miners sent as promised. Thanks again

The service was good, and they had the best price.
