I had an issue with ordering and was helped understanding the issue and provided resources
I had an issue with ordering and was connected to Yemily, and agent. The info she provided was great and she went out of her way to find me resources. I was very satisfied. If only I can just talk to her when I need help, that will be nice...

terrible customer support
They took $6,000 and delivered only half the cargo; the other half went missing. They haven't been in touch for over a week. There has been silence in response to all my inquiries.

Purchased over 150k in inventory last…
Purchased over 150k in inventory last few years, alot of loads are junk, the responses are usually pro seller, they don't care about the customer, looking into other platforms. Struggle just to break even.. I have 2 open disputes, no one responding.
Response from B-Stock SolutionsJul 14, 2026
We're sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience, especially after purchasing with us for so long. We appreciate your business and understand your concerns. Our team of trained mediators works to reach fair resolutions for both buyers and sellers because that's in everyone's best interest. After reviewing your account, we can see that one of your disputes was denied because the differences fell within the marketplace's 5% variance policy. Your other dispute is still being actively worked, and our team will continue following up until it reaches a resolution. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to helping resolve issues as fairly and efficiently as possible.
