I enjoy buying from B-Stock, but their dispute process has eroded my trust. As a small business, I rely on B-Stock to mediate fairly between me and giant corporations.
10/7: Received 2 of 5 pallets. Called Support. No callback.
10/8: Emailed. No reply. Scheduled call.
10/9: Mediation missed call. Dispute instantly denied.
10/11: Told rep was out of office despite calendar availability.
10/12: I sent requested documents.
10/13: I was promised resolution assistance.
10/15: Emailed mediation. No reply.
10/20: Emailed mediation again. No reply.
Several weeks, missing pallets, no resolution.

It's a good company but items usually not as described and it's a platform where home depot sells a lot of trash, i would advise not buying home depot loads ,the loads are 30%good 70% trash

Thanks for the honest feedback, and for sticking with us despite the frustration. Mismatches between manifests and actual conditions are exactly the kind of thing we want to know about, especially when it points to a specific seller pattern. I've shared your comments with the account manager so it can be looked at on their end, and if you ever run into a load that's significantly off from what was described, our dispute process is there to help make it right. We appreciate you buying with us and hope the next one lands closer to what you expected.

Shipping is ridiculous
I ordered from the same location two separate orders I was charged shipping for both orders. They consolidated the orders for me ship the orders to me but no credit was given so basically I paid $700 shipping for five pallets to arrive traveling a distance of 30 miles.

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we understand how frustrating shipping costs can feel, especially when orders originate from the same location. Shipping estimates are shown upfront during the auction process, and rates are based on live carrier quotes at the time bids are placed. While consolidation can sometimes help streamline delivery, it does not always result in adjusted shipping charges once orders are booked with the carrier. We appreciate you raising this concern and will share the feedback as we continue working to improve the experience.

Not Worth the Risk! Stay Away~
First of all, all the customer service people I spoke with were absolutely fantastic! Victoria, Ally, Balty, Ananda, etc. All great and kind people who helped me to resolve my issue. The great people that work there are the only reason I give a 2 star and not a 1 star...
-- BUT BUYER BEWARE!--
Rather instead what I take issue with is company/website B-Stock itself and their terrible business practices. In my case, I was very lucky in that I was able to get a full refund back to my bank account (which as the customer service people themselves told me is very rare) and relatively quickly after about a week of calling and discussing with them back n forth over the phone/email...
So what happened specifically is that I bid on an auction of old video games, but it turned out that they were reproduction games and not original games which greatly diminishes their value. The auction I won was very misleading/dishonest in presenting their value and what they actually were (perhaps because the seller was simply unaware but who knows). A major problem is that the B-Stock website gives me as the buyer no ability to be able to check the seller's profile or any contact information that I could use to ask any questions about the ongoing auction before bidding on it. It can look good based on the pictures or the auction manifest but end up being something completely different than what you thought you were getting! Only after taking a massive risk and winning/paying for the auction (over $2k) was I able to get the email address/phone number of the seller to be able to ask any questions about the auction that I won. Very lucky for me that the seller actually responded to my emails and was semi-truthful about the games after I further scrutinized what he was selling. After a bit of back and forth he admitted that they were reproduction games and not original as I further questioned him and asked for more proof about it. I told him I needed to cancel the auction and get a refund... and again very lucky for me that the seller was willing and agreed to that! I then proceeded to call customer service and showed them the email I had with communication from the seller as proof and as a basis to be able to get a refund. Now keep in mind, If the seller had been completely untruthful, unresponsive or unwilling to cancel the auction, I would have been stuck with a bunch of fake junk games hardly worth even a fraction of what I paid for them. B-Stock does little to nothing to offer protection to the buyer from scams or issues that might come up as I later read and heard from all the horrible reviews. They have a supposed "dispute process" after you first receive the order, but the odds of you getting your money back if something is wrong with the order at that point is very low if not close to zero.
B-Stock is terrible for offering little to no info about the auctions that they host on their site, with no ability to contact the sellers or ask any questions prior to bidding/buying on the auctions. B-Stock specifically demands for Bank Wire payments only, which means if something goes wrong, they hold all the power in deciding what happens with your money! At least with a credit card or through PayPal payment there is an additional intermediary who can be a righteous judge in the transaction. They know that, and so they demand Bank Wire payments only to them so they can hold all the power in their own hands. The only way you would be able to fight B-Stock in their decision would be to take them to small claims court which will be quite the hassle for most people should it come down to that. Also they do very little to investigate or vet their sellers, almost anyone can sign up, pay a small $99 monthly fee and sell a bunch of garbage to you under the pretense that their "might" be something of value there that you can resell for your business. I have no doubt their website is full of scammers that take advantage of their awful negligent system as well as the unsuspecting new buyers.
BUYER BEWARE as it's best to stay away! You are far more likely to get screwed over and lose money than you are to find a good deal that might earn you some profit.

Used to be good
We have used B-Stock for close to 7 years. As of late, they stopped selling by the truckload and started selling by the LTL; they won't combine lots to reduce the shipping cost, i.e., it costs $824 to ship 6 pallets and $964 to ship a full truckload. Win 4 lots, pay $3296 in shipping vs $964; used to call to confirm appt. now it is emailed and sometimes you don't get that; no longer have a CS number, everything is via email.

Stay away from like new lots
Stay away from like new lots. I received more damaged, broken, trash than useful items. More worthless lights than I can count mixed in with a few good items. Most good items were placed under heavy planters. Funko Pops, Dolls and Vinyls thrown in a gaylord underneath luggage, and other heavy items. I'm lucky if I break even because many of the items I will have to trash. This may be the fault of Target since it was a Target load but Bstock didn't seem to care when I informed them that toys and fragile items should not be placed under heavy items in a gaylord. So many damaged boxes. Makeup and Health should never be resold once it is opened but you will find it on pallets. I have to toss all of the opened makeup. It has cost me so much to pay someone to sort these items and I will never make a profit from many of them. Everything looks good on a manifest because you can not see that it was returned by a customer who may have used the item for some months. Also, the manifests are designed to trick you. You may only see lights once or twice but the manifest could be 25 pages so you may receive 100 lights when you thought you were receiving 15 since they spread them out rather than putting them all on the same line.

First time And last time
First time I ordered the seller was trying to get me to give him more money after the auction was closed and bstock gave me credit when I told them. So I won another auction to spend that credit and never got a tracking number or nothing. Did receive my merch but there is no way to contact anyone immediately if you have a problem and they make you wonder what is going on till the item show up. The seller had a over seas unreachable number email and the address shows to be a gym or a car wash or a physician office.

Declining fast
After 3 years of buying from them, they have gone downhill rapidly. I have had three large shipments just not show up on the day they were scheduled. The previous 3 shipments all were supposed to be A/B condition and more than 25% of the lot was unsaleable. The NJ Location of Costco seems to be the worst as they rarely declare a lot mixed or even C/D so they just put the bad stuff in the A/B. I have complained to Bstock about the shipping and the quality and they don't respond or they just say they can't do anything. I have bought from Amazon through them with a full missing pallet that they gave me some reimbursement on and through other companies but the shipping process through BStock has been a nightmare especially if you aren't a big company that has a manned warehouse all the time.
