Bstock does a great job, very helpful and courteous. as much as they can be since they are only the brokers. The problems are with the company's they sell for and the shippers. Not all Costco locations are the same , some better than others. Amazon is a little strange but we are happy with the product they could improve of course but still better than other sellers out there. My main gripe is with the wrapping of the pallets, very poor and items seem to disappear from the load as it progresses down the line. Costco is better.....Very happy with Bstock.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that you find our team helpful and courteous. We understand the challenges you’ve faced with some of the sellers and shippers, and we’re sorry for the issues with pallet wrapping and missing items. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the account managers and with the agent you spoke with. Your insights are invaluable as we work to improve our service and address these concerns. Also, keep an eye out next week for a new and improved experience with Amazon products—fingers crossed! If there’s anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your continued support and for being a valued B-Stock customer!
